Home Team Foundation Course

A 10-day residential programme for new-entrant senior officers (uniformed and civilian), designed to foster experiential learning, strengthen Home Team culture, and build camaraderie across departments.

Step-In Programme for Home Team Civilian Officers

The first of the three-part civilian milestone programmes, this 5-day course equips officers (2–3 years of service) with core skills to be effective staff officers while building connections across the Home Team.
